Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Effective Date: 1 August 2026 Applies To: Answers247, Sahitya Fashion, and DugaShata Tech Version: 1.0
This Service Level Agreement outlines the standard service commitments across the group's brands. Specific numeric targets may be adjusted per client contract and, where they are, the signed contract governs.

01Overview

DugaShata Global Solution and its operating brands aim to deliver consistent, dependable service. This SLA describes the standards clients can expect for availability, response time, and issue resolution across active engagements.

02Service Availability

  • Answers247 support desks: 24/7/365 coverage for enrolled support plans.
  • DugaShata Tech hosted applications: target uptime of 99.5% measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance.
  • Sahitya Fashion online store: best-effort availability, with planned maintenance windows communicated in advance.

03Response Time Targets

PriorityDefinitionTarget First Response
CriticalService fully down or unusableWithin 2 hours
HighMajor function impairedWithin 8 business hours
NormalMinor issue, workaround availableWithin 1 business day
LowGeneral question or requestWithin 2 business days

04Resolution Commitments

Response time is an acknowledgement, not a resolution. Resolution timelines vary by issue complexity and are communicated once the issue is triaged. The team will provide status updates at agreed intervals until closure.

05Maintenance & Planned Downtime

Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance where possible and performed during low-traffic windows. Planned maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations.

06Reporting an Issue

Issues can be raised through the relevant brand's official support channel (email, ticketing portal, or phone line, as published on that brand's website). Please include a description, screenshots or logs if available, and the impact on your business.

07Exclusions

  • Downtime or delays caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or force majeure events.
  • Issues arising from client-side changes, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Periods where the client has outstanding overdue invoices, subject to the relevant contract.

08Remedies

Where a signed contract includes service credits or other remedies for missed targets, those terms apply as written in that contract. This general SLA does not itself guarantee credits unless stated in a specific agreement.
